Condition of Merchandise
All items described condition would be: mint, excellent, very good, or good condition (see chart below). All items will be described and photographed with the intent to represent them as accurately as possible. We would be glad to provide additional information upon request on any item.
Measurements
We do not except refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. To ensure proper fit please compare your individual measurements to Einna Sirrod’s description measurements before making a purchase. For example; a vintage size 14 dress may be closer to a modern size 10. As a rule, older clothing items are smaller, so it is important to take measurements. When items are measured we double; Bust, Waist, and Hips measurements. If more information is necessary please email us prior to making a purchase.
Condition Rating
Mint: As new, no visible signs of flaws or wear.
Excellent: No noticeable flaws gently worn
Very Good: Minor flaws if any no repairs required.
Good: Shows signs of wear, visible minor flaws, and/or optional repairs maybe needed.
Jewelry
Some of our older Vintage jewelry pieces have not been polished; we try to keep the integrity of the item intact. We would like to retain aged finish/patina, and leave cleaning at our buyer’s discretion.
Refunds & Exchanges
Most but not all items listed on Einna Sirrod are pre-owned unless otherwise indicated and therefore, must be Sold As Is. We make every effort to carefully inspect each item listed for its condition. We do not offer refunds are exchanges on items that are accurately represented once a purchase has been completed.
If the condition outlined in our description is incorrect or misleading, we will make every effort to rectify our mistake. Email us immediately at contact@EinnaSirrod.com to notify us of the problem and request a review of your purchase.
An approval must be issued prior to any item being eligible for a refund. If an item return is approved the item must be mailed back in the original packaging with all labels, and tags, and in the same unaltered condition as shipped. You will be refunded the full purchase price and any shipping cost paid. The refund will be posted to your account immediately once the item has been received and its condition verified. Returns must be post marked within twenty four (24) hours of an approval being issued. Items that do not meet this criterion will not be accepted.
Please Note: Buyer will be responsible for “any” fees incurred thru Paypal if buyer cancels the order for “any reasons” after purchase!
Free Domestic Shipping
Einna Sirrod will mail all items via USPS unless otherwise noted. We will provide “Free Shipping” for all Domestic orders via USPS. If you would like a specific shipping option please contact us for availability and pricing prior to purchase.
We will consider alternative shipping carriers upon request. Any item purchased will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment through PayPal. Standard Shipping Methods: We ship all orders same day if received within post office business hours or within the next 24 hours. Monday thru Friday are the regular shipping days, holidays exempted. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during Covid 19. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you must contact us prior to checkout at: contact@EinnaSirrod.com
If payment of item is not received within 24 hours of purchase, Einna Sirrod reserves the right to cancel the order and relist.
Due to Paypal buyer protection requirements All purchases made through Payal will require: Buyer’s confirmed shipping address on the transaction details page. Please email any questions prior to making a purchase.
Delivery address must be a residence or street address, not a P.O. Box, FPO or APO address. There are exceptions please inquire prior to purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time due to Covid 19.
