Staret Lucite oval jelly belly enameled jeweled tropical fish vintage brooch. This brooch features a clear oval Lucite center, a single red stone eye accented with green and yellow enamel. Fish has a blue enamel lip with red enamel inside. The fins, tail, and around the body have paved clear set stones.
