Description
Vintage Georg Jensen sterling silver dangle kinetic style earrings designed by Nanna Ditzel. Earrings are stamped “Georg Jensen” in dotted circle, Sterling Denmark, #128. The earrings are screw back comes with original gray individual fold over felt pouches. Each pouch has “George Jensen Inc., Fifth Avenue, New York labels. Nanna Ditzel studied at the Danish School of Arts and Crafts and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Ditzel created silver jewellery designs for George Jensen in 1954. Some of Nanna Ditzel work have been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Danish Museum of Decorative Art in Copenhagen, and the Louvre in Paris.
