Description
Vintage hand mirrored flapper evening party hat. The cloche flapper hat is adorned with multiple hand set mirror pieces. The circumference of the hat was measured using the head of the mannequins in the photo. Based on how well the hat fits the mannequins head the size stated should be very accurate.
