Description
Vintage 18k gold red ruby heart and arrow ring accented with sapphire and diamonds. The center portion of this ring has an arrow set with three blue baguette shaped sapphire stones, and a single triangle shaped sapphire stone. The heart is surrounded by fourteen diamonds. Setting has a cage “line” style design that extends to the band. The ring has a few light surface scratches that are not readily noticeable.
