Crown and heart 18k gold diamond and ruby repousse vintage brooch pin. This brooch features a top crown and heart center design. The heart center has a romantic Lovers’ painted scene under glass. Top portion crown has three diamonds and three rubies across the front. The outer edge of the heart has a unique fleur-de-lys design with diamonds surrounding it.
