British milliner Philip Treacy woven straw hat embellished with roses, leaves and feathers. Front of the hat has two roses one large and the other smaller. There are also white feathers, leaves accents and a burgundy satin ribbon band. Philip Treacy is renowned for his beautiful millinery works of art. The British Royal family and various celebrities have worn his hats.
